Understanding your compliance status

What Pending, Compliant, Suspended, and Denied mean — and why paying doesn't by itself make you compliant.

Your access to a facility is decided by several inputs together, not any one of them. Payment is only one input: a successful charge never marks you compliant on its own.

What the statuses mean

  • Pending — one or more requirements aren't complete yet. Your status page lists exactly which.
  • Compliant — all requirements for that facility are met and current. You're cleared to visit.
  • Suspended — access is temporarily paused (for example, a lapsed document or an unresolved review).
  • Denied — a requirement can't be met for that facility.

Every unmet requirement has a reason

RepCertify always explains why you're not cleared — a missing document, an unaccepted policy, an unresolved screening review, or a plan that doesn't cover that facility. Fix the named item and your status recalculates automatically.
