Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using the RepCertify platform, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Vendor companies may register at no cost and add representatives to their roster. Representatives are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents they submit.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Credentialing and access decisions

RepCertify facilitates credential review, exclusion screening, and facility policy acceptance. A successful payment does not by itself grant access to any facility.

Facilities retain sole discretion over who may access their locations. RepCertify does not guarantee any representative will be granted access.

4. Fees and billing

Company registration is free. Per-representative network access is billed annually as described on the pricing page. All fees are stated in US dollars.

Facilities are never charged and receive no share of representative fees.

5. Acceptable use

You may not upload unlawful content, attempt to circumvent tenant or access controls, or submit patient information. RepCertify does not collect patient data.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
