Four steps from sign-up to cleared.

  1. Step 1

    Register — free for your company

    Your company creates an account at no cost and adds you to its roster, or you register yourself. Setting up a company never costs anything.

  2. Step 2

    Complete your profile & upload documents

    Add your identity and contact details and upload what your facilities require — typically a W-9, certificate of insurance, and immunization records. Clear checklists tell you exactly what's needed.

  3. Step 3

    Get reviewed & screened

    RepCertify reviews your documents and runs OIG and SAM exclusion screening. You'll see your status update in real time and get a plain-language reason for anything still outstanding.

  4. Step 4

    Check in and visit

    Once you're verified, you're cleared to visit — the front desk sees your green check and confirms your photo at check-in. Book lunches, log visits, and keep everything current from one profile.

At the door

Check in at the front desk — kiosk or your phone.

Use the paired kiosk or tablet at the desk, or scan the location QR with your phone, take a live photo, and you're in. The browser you already have is enough — no app to install.

What's required

A short, predictable checklist — no surprises at the desk.

Exact requirements vary by facility, and each facility's public page lists its own. Most reps need the following.

  • Identity and contact profile
  • Documents your facilities require (e.g. W-9, COI, immunization records)
  • Acceptance of each facility's policies
  • A clear OIG / SAM exclusion screening result
  • A background-check attestation from your company, where a facility requires one

Credential data model aligned to ANSI/NEMA SC 1-2020, the voluntary healthcare vendor-credentialing data standard. RepCertify never collects your SSN or TIN, and never asks for patient information.

Registering your company is free. Access is billed per rep, per year: $380 for one facility organization (Basic) or $580 for multiple (Premium). Companies with 15+ reps can talk to us about a flat corporate rate. Billing is annual only — there are no monthly plans.
No. Payment is only one input. You're cleared to visit when your documents are approved, your screening is clear, and you've accepted each facility's policies — a successful payment on its own never marks you compliant.
We check your name against the federal OIG LEIE and SAM.gov exclusion lists to confirm you're not barred from healthcare work. We never store your SSN or TIN. If a name looks like a possible match, a person reviews it — nothing is auto-denied.
Yes. With Premium, one compliance profile covers multiple facility organizations up to your configured limit, so you're not re-uploading the same documents everywhere.
You get automatic reminders before anything lapses, so you can renew and stay cleared without a last-minute scramble at the door.
