Every rep is screened against the federal OIG LEIE and SAM.gov exclusion lists and re-screened automatically each month. A rate limit, stale extract, or source outage can never produce a false “clear” — it queues for the next run. No exact-match name is ever auto-denied or auto-confirmed; a person adjudicates every candidate.
