What a seat buys

Paying gets you reviewed. It never decides the outcome.

A paid seat is one input among several, so a paid seat with an expired certificate of insurance is still blocked at the door. We would rather say this before you buy than after.

What your payment buys

  • A network seat for the coming year, at one facility organization on Basic or several on Premium.
  • Document review, exclusion screening, expiration reminders, and a compliance profile you carry between facilities.
  • A place in the queue for review — not a shortcut through it.

What payment never decides

  • Whether your documents are approved. A reviewer decides that, and an incomplete file stays incomplete.
  • Whether your exclusion screening is clear. That is resolved against the federal OIG and SAM lists, and a possible match is adjudicated by a person.
  • Whether a given facility admits you. Each one sets its own requirements and its own policies for you to accept.
Our commitments

What you'll never find on your invoice.

Facilities pay nothing

Practices use RepCertify at no cost and receive no share of representative fees. We say it plainly because it matters: your facility is the customer we protect, not a revenue line.

Annual only, no surprises

Every plan is billed once a year. There are no monthly plans, no per-visit charges, and no fees that appear later.

Free to register a company

Creating a company account and managing your roster costs nothing. You only pay for per-rep network access.

Before you buy

What people ask us about the price.

No — every plan is billed once a year. That is not just a policy sentence: our plan catalogue only accepts an annual interval, so no monthly price can be created in any environment, even by mistake. If annual billing is genuinely a problem for your finance team, say so in an inquiry rather than waiting for monthly billing to appear, because it is not planned.
The practice you enrol with, counted as a whole. The limit counts facility organizations, not the individual locations inside one — so a practice running several offices under one organization is one, not several. Basic covers exactly one. Enrolling at a second organization on Basic is refused with that specific reason attached, never a silent failure, and Premium is the tier that covers more than one up to your configured limit.
The charge sits with the company, not with you. A vendor company buys a pool of seats and assigns one to each representative it sponsors, so cancellation, invoices, and any refund are handled through the company's billing account. Moving a seat between reps does not by itself change anyone's compliance status — approved documents and screening results belong to the representative and stay with them.
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than cutting you off mid-term — access runs through the end of the year you have already paid for. Changing tiers is deliberately not a self-serve action in that portal: ask us and we will move you, so nobody accidentally drops the facility coverage they are relying on.
No, and we would rather lose a sale than be vague about it. Payment is one input among several. You are cleared to visit when your documents are approved, your exclusion screening is resolved, and you have accepted that facility's policies — a paid invoice on its own never produces a green check, and no amount of money shortens the review.
Registration is free by default. The registration amount is zero unless an operator deliberately sets one and approves it, and while it is zero nothing for registration is added at checkout. Creating a company account is free as well, and the practices you visit are never charged anything.

Cancellation and refund handling is written out in full in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Still weighing Basic against Premium? Tell us how many facilities you cover and we will say which one fits.
