Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Annual subscriptions

Representative network access is billed annually. Company registration is free and has no associated charge.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid term unless otherwise required.

3. Refunds

Paid enrollment is not open yet, so no annual subscription has been charged under this policy. Refund requests are reviewed individually, and the specific refund window and any pro-rata terms will be stated here before the first charge is taken.

Where a refund is issued, it is returned to the original payment method, and the reason is recorded in our audit log.

4. Sponsored seats

When a company sponsors a representative's seat, cancellation and any refund are handled through the sponsoring company's billing account. Reassigning a seat does not by itself change a representative's compliance status.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe you were billed in error, contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Disputes and chargebacks are handled through our payment processor with the reason recorded in our audit log.
