Register once
A rep (or their company) creates a free profile and joins the network. Company registration never costs anything.

Build the credential wallet
Upload documents — ID, COI, immunizations, attestations — into one profile aligned to ANSI/NEMA SC 1-2020. It carries across every facility instead of being re-collected at each one.

Get reviewed & screened
Documents are reviewed and the rep is screened against the OIG LEIE and SAM.gov exclusion lists. Status updates in real time with plain-language reasons for anything outstanding.

Check in at the desk
At the facility, check-in runs on the front-desk kiosk or tablet paired to that location. A rep can also scan the location QR from their own phone when the desk is busy.

Confirm identity by photo
The rep takes a live photo and the front desk confirms it against the registered rep — the visit is photo-verified only after that confirmation, never automatically. A check-in that arrives without a photo still goes through, recorded as not verified. Identity rests on a person staff can see, not a badge that can be handed off.
