Why was my document rejected?

When a reviewer can't accept a document, you'll get a specific reason rather than a generic denial. The most common causes are easy to fix.

Common reasons

• The document is expired or expires too soon to satisfy the requirement.
• It's the wrong document type (for example, a quote instead of a certificate of insurance).
• It's unreadable — a blurry photo or a partial scan.
• Required details (name, dates, coverage) aren't visible.

How to fix it

Open the rejected item to read the reviewer's reason, upload a corrected version, and your submission goes back into review. You don't need to redo anything that was already approved.
