How registration works
Four steps from sign-up to cleared: register, complete your profile, get reviewed and screened, and check in.
1. Register
Your company creates an account at no cost and adds you to its roster, or you register yourself. Creating a company account is always free.
2. Complete your profile and upload documents
Add your identity and contact details and upload the documents your facilities require. Clear checklists show exactly what's outstanding.
3. Get reviewed and screened
RepCertify reviews your documents and runs OIG and SAM exclusion screening. Your status updates in real time, with a plain-language reason for anything still pending.
4. Check in and visit
Once you're verified, you're cleared to visit. The front desk sees your green check and confirms your photo at check-in.
