Checking in at a facility

What happens at the kiosk, why a live photo is taken, and what a physician can see about your past visits.

Check-in is quick. At the kiosk you confirm who you are, capture a live photo, and note the purpose of your visit. If you're verified, the front desk sees your green check.

Why a live photo?

A badge can be handed to someone else; a face can't. The live photo lets staff confirm the person checking in is the registered rep. Your registration photo is locked once approved.

Pitch claims are part of the record

If you log what you told a physician, that claim becomes part of the visit record and is visible to authorized facility staff. Be accurate — it can be reviewed later. RepCertify never asks for patient information.
