Booking a lunch and confirming delivery
How lunch booking works, the SMS confirmations you'll get, and how meal sheets are built from the day's schedule.
When you book a lunch for a location and date, RepCertify builds a meal sheet from who is actually scheduled that day — an accurate headcount, dietary restrictions, and allergies — so you can place a correct order without calling the front desk.
Confirmations
You'll receive SMS confirmations ahead of the lunch (a reminder and a check on the day). Confirming keeps the booking active; if a lunch can't be confirmed in time, it's flagged so the front desk isn't left waiting.
SMS is voluntary and separate from your facility access. You can opt in for lunch messages, and STOP always opts you out.
Allergies always win
Allergies appear on the meal sheet as hard exclusions regardless of anyone's preference settings, and can't be overridden at booking. Safety comes before preference.
