How the lunch reliability score works
What counts as a no-show, how a suspension works, and why it doesn't affect your facility access.
Reliability tracks whether the lunches you book actually get delivered. A confirmed lunch that isn't delivered is recorded as a no-show.
Suspensions are lunch-only
A default policy of two no-shows in a rolling 12 months pauses new lunch bookings for a period. A reliability suspension only blocks new lunches — it never becomes a credential, billing, or general facility-access hold.
Corrections are auditable
If an outcome was recorded incorrectly, a facility administrator can correct it. The original outcome stays in the history — corrections append a compensating record rather than erasing anything.
