Billing, plans, and renewals

The plans

• Company registration — free.
• Basic — annual, per rep, access to one facility organization.
• Premium — annual, per rep, access to multiple facility organizations up to a configured limit.
• Corporate — a flat negotiated annual rate for companies with 15+ reps.

Annual only

Every plan is billed once a year. There are no monthly plans and no per-visit charges. The current prices are always shown on the pricing page.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew annually. You can cancel from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid term. Refunds, where they apply, are returned to the original payment method with the reason recorded.
